This tournament was introduced to give the 6 U19 girls teams, who compete at the prestigious St Peter's tournament in February, a chance to get more game practice before heading to Johannesburg to play. As far as possible, the games are run along the same lines as those of the tournament - playing times, time-outs, etc.
